What We Do
The Alchemy Sky Foundation is dedicated to providing distinctive
therapeutic music programs designed specifically for Veterans. Our
focus is on delivering unwavering support and enhancing the overall
well-being of Veterans through the profound influence of music. We
bring together the expertise of music producers, the dedication of
volunteers, and collaborate with Atlanta’s dynamic music industry. This
combined effort results in purposeful and impactful programs uniquely
tailored for Veterans and Veteran-focused organizations, significantly
contributing to their lives. Our mission is to bring forth the healing power
of therapeutic music experiences, in honor of those who have served our
nation.
Live Performances
Working with Producers, Artists and Educators, we have compiled a performance group that plays our original songs live. Currently we have released 14 songs wherever music is streamed or sold. Our objective is to help Veterans find their voices through live concerts and performances.

Our Team

Ben Holst is a 20+ year veteran of the music and audio industry, working his way to producer & independent business owner, award-winning sound designer/audio mixer, and consummate music professional from humble beginnings as Brendan O’Brien’s latte wrangler. Ben co-founded Tunewelders in 2008, and has since shaped its perennial growth with consistent execution of both performance and deliverable.
His deep and well rounded body of work demonstrates a skill and ease behind the console as well as in front of a mic. He works extensively in television, providing dialogue recording (FX’s Archer), soundtrack engineering (OWN’s Greenleaf), and custom music composition (AMC Networks’s Hap and Leonard +Comedy Central’s Brickleberry). He also collaborated with Donald Glover (Childish Gambino) on an arrangement for the show Atlanta’s season two “Choir” promo.
He’s built an impressive resume in advertising, creating custom music for Baskin- Robbins, PGA, Atlanta Braves / Hawks / Falcons and CNN while also providing sound design and audio branding for those same clients as well as Toyota, Ford, and Porsche. Ben’s commercial music and sound design work has earned several Addy awards, including the Braves’ 2012 This Is Why We Chop and 2016 Mr. Hugs campaigns, Krystal’s 2015 Stupid Good campaign, and Doritos "Goat 4 Sale" Superbowl spot. He prides himself on bridging the gap between the suits and creatives.
Ben’s performance credits include guitar and upright bass for renowned violinist Bobby Yang, guitarist for Michelle Malone, pedal steel for Avery Sunshine and current guitarist, pedal steel, and mandolinist for Atlanta band Quiet Hounds. He is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist and has lent his talents in the recording studio on recordings too numerous to list.
Emerging as a dynamic force in today’s music scene, James Rhodes—known professionally as Dillio—seamlessly fuses R&B, funk, house, and hip hop into a signature sound that captivates audiences both live and online. A virtuoso on the piano, Dillio expertly blends traditional musicianship with modern production techniques, utilizing drum samplers like the MPC and FL Studio to craft innovative, soul-stirring soundscapes.
A proud graduate of Full Sail University in Recording Arts, Dillio combines technical expertise with creative vision. Over the course of his career, he has released eight albums along with numerous singles that showcase his versatility and artistic prowess. His breakthrough came in 2004 with a major record placement alongside hip hop icon Krazie Bone—a milestone that set the stage for a career defined by continuous evolution and daring experimentation.
Beyond the studio, Dillio is a passionate advocate for the healing power of music. He has supported, coached, and performed at multiple Veterans Music Projects, lending his expertise and heart to initiatives that honor and empower those who have served. His commitment to this cause underscores his belief that music can bridge divides and mend broken spirits.
In addition to his prolific recording career, Dillio engages a global community through his YouTube channel, where he shares insights into his creative process and connects with fans on a personal level. His impressive résumé also features collaborations with leading music product companies, including Akai, Native Instruments, Behringer, TC Helicon, Arturia, Antares, Air, and InMusic.
A true innovator and dedicated advocate, Dillio continues to push creative boundaries—making him one of the most exciting artists to watch in contemporary music.
